Healthy Living For Animals And People

A truly happy and healthy life requires an examination of all of the areas of our lives. For example, there is no point jogging for hours along a busy highway. The benefits of the exercise are definitely outnumbered by the ill effects of all the toxins that have entered the body during this time.

Life is an interconnection of many different areas, all of which need to be in balance.

It is very important to me that my animal companions are happy, that their physical and emotional needs are met on a daily basis, and that their wishes and dreams are incorporated into our lives. It is also important, that our home is a happy, safe, loving, nourishing place for body and soul – a place where we all love to be.

I offer my animal family a healthy and safe environment that I create without the use of harmful chemicals. I try to surround my family with natural and organic  bedding, towels, clothing,  and body care products whenever possible, and our furniture is made of unfinished wood.

I love the a simple life, and practice floor living which my animal companions very much appreciate.

For over two decades, I have been serving my animal companions an organic raw diet, which I prepare from scratch. Personally, I have been enjoying a raw food diet and its benefits for many years, as well.

When I first started to do this, there was no one around that I could ask for advice since an organic raw diet was pretty much unknown then.

Over the years, I have learned many things about truly healthy living, physically and emotionally.

Many times, people who contact me think that they are living a healthy lives, and are amazed and shocked to learn about of all the things that they have overlooked or not even considered for themselves or their animal companions.

I love our wonderful and amazing planet and want to add to its health and beauty rather then take away from it so that we all – humans, animals and plants – will be able to enjoy it for a very, very long time.

We have to honour and respect our environment, the plants, the water and Mother Earth.

Having a truly healthy and happy life is a mindset, not something that we just do occasionally.

It is a balance between the inside and the outside. If done right, it is a harmony that will truly change our lives and everyone around us for the better.
