Kobo is drinking again.

Just recently I had a conversation with a wonderful dog named Kobo (and his cat sister Forest). Kobo did not want to drink out of his water bowl even though his guardian tried everything possible, including all kinds of different water bowls, to get Kobo to drink water, but nothing helped. This was a tricky situation since we all know…

A winter walk in the city

Getting ready for a walk in the city takes a bit. First we need protection from the salt on the roads and sidewalks (good shoes are a necessity) and we also need protection against the cold (since walking on leash gives not much opportunity go run yourself warm). And of course, quality check is a must. Stay safe and warm.

Scarface

Please save Scarface. Scarface has been in the news for attacking his guardians. All that we have heard is that a “pit bull” attacked his guardians while they were trying to put a sweater on him. According to reports, Scarface did not let up even when the guardians’ son started stabbing him with a knife. When I spoke with Scarface,…

Amazing Narima

Animals truly are amazing, and so cooperative. For the last several nights, Narima, one of my amazing cat companions, has been pretty busy. He has been running around, jumping and climbing on things and meowing quite loudly for several hours each night. Usually, I don’t say anything to my animal companions about things like this. My home is their home, too. They have…

The Holidays are a special time, but let us remember, every day, that our animal companions and all animals are the most precious gifts of all. Merry and happy Christmas.

One for all and all for one.

Today, three of my wonderful dog companions had an appointment with a veterinary dental specialist. As you can see, our motto: one for all and all for one. We always go everywhere together and there is no drop off and pick up for my family – we stay together. This is way more relaxing and comforting for the animal that…

Time Change

It is this time of the year again. This weekend we are turning the clock 1 hour back. To make this transition easier for your animal companions and for you, it is a good idea to take the next week or two to get everyone used to this time change. Start now and change your routine, walking times, meal times…

What do animals REALLY say?

Setting the record straight. A friend of mine sent me an email in response to one of my Facebook posts regarding what names animals would give us. She wrote: ” In my animal communication books, the animal communicator says that animals have called them idiots, jerks, etc…. Is this true? Do animals really call us that?” she asked. She also wrote,…
